Sales Representatives

  Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meets specified sales goals for digital and basic cable services.

• Calls and explains the benefits of Wilco cable services.

• Completes customer workorders and submits them for processing in a timely manner. 

• Works effectively with system staff to ensure installations are completed on time. 

• Submits accurate weekly sales activity reports, as directed. Compiles; computes and submits weekly expense reports in a timely manner. 

• Must be able to make 80-100 calls per day.

• May install equipment and educate customer when upgrading services.

• May provide input into the development of marketing materials for prospective customers. 

• Compile; compute and submit weekly expense and sales reports in a timely manner.  May have to generate other special reports.

• Perform other duties as required.

Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required. 

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.

• Neat personal appearance.

• Strong persuasive interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

• Thorough knowledge of Wilco products, including programming choices and prices, and basic mathematics

• Computer skills and experience with Microsoft products preferred.

• Cooperative and flexible attitude.
