Collections
Representatives
serve as the
primary contact with existing customers to obtain payment
and make payment arrangements on all past due account
balances.
Collections
Representatives will be expected to:
•
Make 100 -120
calls a day.
•
Handle various
servicing situations such as payment plans, problem
accounts, and customer complaints pertaining to disconnects.
•
Submit disconnect work orders for all past due balances on
customers who refuse payment
•
Generate speed
grams and reports for all disconnected subscribers
Required
Qualifications:
• High school
diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous
collections experience preferred.
• Strong
persuasive interpersonal, verbal and written communication
skills.
• Computer skills
and experience with Microsoft products preferred.
• Cooperative and
flexible attitude.
